Cyber Hotelier is the
system for “Hotel Automation with online reservation”. The main objective of
this System is to design a system to accommodate the needs of guests in the
hotel. This application helps a customer to know
about the hotel information and can reserve rooms throughout the globe
irrespective of the geographical location. This is a computerized system
to make room reservations and keep room bookings and availability of details
up-to-date.
This System designs an
application for full service luxury inn, bed & breakfast. It emphasizes the
highest level of individual guest services through comprehensive features;
seamlessly integrating rooms, services and retail from reservations to guest
history. It is an application to manage the hotel operations to know all the
data and process the modules. When customer comes to the hotel, reception staff
access reservation information very easily and check-in process will be done.
This System gives a brief
description about the hotel i.e., about the total number of rooms in the hotel,
location of the hotel, route map of the city showing the route to the hotel…etc
and also gives a brief description about the services offered by the hotel such
as the cab services, food services, laundry...etc.
This System enables each
guest to enquire about the rooms i.e., the number of rooms vacant and the types
of rooms such as standard, deluxe, luxury, executive suite…etc that are present
in the hotel and also enables the manager to get all the information regarding
the hotel.
