have thorough knowledge about the existing system along with estimation or
determination of how computers can be best used to make its operations more
effective. System analysis is a process of collecting and interpreting facts,
diagnosing problems and using the information to recommend improvements to the
system.
Accumulation of information about the
existing system is called System Study. Basically, system analysis is about
understanding situation, not solving problems.
EXISTING SYSYTEM:
Day to Day
life we have to send the letters to others, to enquire about the parcels and
purchase stamps .In our busy life we are wasting time in doing these things.
For sending greeting cards and telegrams and some other services, we need quick
services. Maintaining the customer’s information is very difficult in manual
post office system. Suppose we send the money order in manual system quick
services is not possible. In manual system quick services is very difficult.
