The
Human Resource Management work involves recruiting various skilled
professionals to fulfill the requirement of the company, fixing the pay
structure, assigning designations and responsibilities for them. It also takes
care of transfer of employees from one branch to another branch, confirming
employees after the probation period, revising their salaries annually,
initiating and advising the accounts department for various matters about the
employees, interacting with PF department etc.
The project when completed will
assist the HRM in decision making and on all the above operations.
This software can be used for a
variety of applications. While using this software the client side module needs
to be loaded in the individual systems and the server side module needs to be
running on system acting assigned as a server. The IP address of the server
needs to be stored with every client.
Some of the specific applications for
which this software can be used are as follows :
- In organization and companies to monitor the activities of the
employees.
- In Educational institution to keep an eye on the students using LAN.
- To check the progress of various projects of various employees.
