Issue Manager Bug Tracking System is an
on-line application where different users interact to maintain the issues
(bugs). The system allows the users to post new issues with all the details
like who posted it, severity of the issue, to whom it is assigned. Users can view the posted issues by
specifying the searching criteria and even updating the existing
information.
The
details like priorities and statuses can be defined (added), modified, deleted.
Priority is the level of importance given for the issue. By this
one can understand the importance of the rectifying the issue (bug).
So that the bug fixers can find out
which bug should be fixed
immediately. After fixing the bug it
gets a certain status code which specifies
its status.
The
users who should operate the application are created by the System
Administrator or any other who has Admin privileges. The different operations can be done are adding a user, updating existing user and
deleting a user.
At last we generate some reports like Issue
Reports, Bookmark Reports, Summary Report.
